Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps you access and process trauma, emotional pain, and stuck patterns on a deep neurological level. It works by identifying “brainspots”—eye positions linked to stored experiences in the subcortical brain, where trauma and emotional memory are held.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting allows you to bypass the thinking brain and connect with the part of the nervous system responsible for survival, regulation, and healing. This makes it especially effective when words aren’t enough.
